The Pediatric Sim Grand Challenge is an exciting, high-impact simulation-based competition designed to enhance clinical excellence, teamwork, and critical thinking in pediatric care.

Teams of “Sim Warriors” will manage high-fidelity pediatric emergency scenarios, demonstrating their ability to respond effectively under pressure. The competition culminates in a thrilling final round where the top two teams compete for ultimate Resus Glory!

Who Can Participate? (Icons like AHA workshop)

• Doctors (Physicians/Residents):
  Less than 7 years post MD/DNB/equivalent
• Nurses & Paramedics:
  No experience limit

Team Flexibility: Teams can include members from different organizations, encouraging regional collaborations.

Team Composition

• 4–6 members per team
• Minimum 4 doctors (postgraduate trainees)
• Remaining: nurses, paramedics, fellows, or post-PG professionals
